The Blinders explores several themes including 3D cartoon characters and stuffed animals as well as a collection of photographs I took with a vintage SX-70 Polaroid camera. By the Spring of 1998 I am still using a combination of Flash and animated Gifs. At this time, I believe that Flash was still a little unproven as a medium and I was concerned that people might not have the plugin. The only aspect of the Blinders I was not able to capture was the start of me using short music loops in my Flash pieces. Overall, I like the anime and pop feel of this season and I think it reflects my enthusiasm of doing the Seasons each quarter.
